General Terms and Conditions

We strive to provide the best in quality in products and services.  Items as shown are available as long as they are in stock from the manufacturer.  Each and every order is given special attention.  We cannot be responsible for delays due to shipping, mechanical malfunction, product unavailablility, workload, weather or adverse conditions.

Products must be paid  when ordered.  We pay for our items as we order them. There are no exchanges on personalized items except if we have an error in spelling.  We are unable to return embellished merchandise to our suppliers so we are unable to refund special order items.
